The candidate should have a Bachelors degree with strong Communication skills. The candidate should posses’ experience of about 1-3 years in Technical Support and should have good knowledge of computer skills and working knowledge of Windows O/S & MS office. The job profile requires the candidate to:

- Understand business usage

- Interacting with global customers

- Answering customer calls

- Troubleshooting and resolving issues immediately

- Logging & tracking issues in the company CRM application

- Escalating complex issues to the next level

- Following up with the customer till the issue is resolved

- Building rapport with customers

- Should be willing to work in shifts

- Application Support

- Site health checks / monitoring

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
